SAFE CYCLING THEORY (1 HOUR)

Who should take this course? Workplaces who are not able to book an on-bike session and want staff to commute actively.

CONDENSED COMMUTER SKILLS (2 HOURS)

Who should take this course? Workplaces who have very limited time for a cycling course and want to encourage staff to ride more on multi-use trails and residential streets.
Skills or equipment that I need: Participants must know how to ride a bicycle and should bring their bike, helmet, water, and snacks. Rental bikes are available for a fee.

ADVANCED CYCLING SKILLS (LENGTH VARIES)

Who should take this course? This advanced course is designed for employees who cycle for work. Past participants have included Roots to Harvest, Thunder Bay Police Services, Thunder Bay District Health Unit, Lakehead Public Schools, and Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board.
